Terms of Use

These Terms of Use apply to the Silent Run website, waitlist, beta registration forms and Founding Creator application forms.

Silent Run is currently in pre-launch and beta preparation. These Terms do not yet cover full app use, paid creator content, marketplace transactions, payouts or in-app purchases. Separate terms will apply when those features become available.

1. About Silent Run

Silent Run is a social fishing platform in development. The platform is intended to allow anglers to discover fishing content, follow creators, share fishing media, join community features and, in future, access selected creator and marketplace features.

2. Beta Access

Silent Run is preparing a controlled beta test.

Joining the waitlist or submitting an application does not guarantee access to the beta, the app, creator tools or any future platform feature.

Beta access may be limited based on country, device type, platform readiness, technical capacity, community fit, safety review, content quality, internal priorities and available test slots.

Silent Run may approve, reject, delay, revoke or limit beta access at its discretion.

Beta features may be incomplete, unstable, changed, removed or discontinued at any time.

3. Founding Creator Applications

Founding Creator applications are reviewed manually.

Selection may depend on content quality, fishing niche, country availability, community fit, audience relevance, professionalism, originality, safety standards and Silent Run's launch strategy.

Submitting an application does not create a creator agreement, partnership, employment relationship, agency relationship, revenue right, exclusivity right, badge entitlement or guaranteed platform access.

Founding Creator status, if granted, does not automatically create a right to monetisation, payouts, better revenue split or permanent status. Any commercial creator deal must be confirmed separately in writing or through an approved in-app creator agreement.

4. User and Creator Eligibility

You must provide accurate information when joining the waitlist or applying as a creator.

You may not submit false, misleading, fraudulent or third-party information.

Users under 13 may not register or submit forms.

Users aged 13 to 17 may only apply for junior/free content participation where allowed by Silent Run and applicable law. They may not apply for paid creator features, payouts or marketplace selling.

Paid creator features, payouts, commercial creator tools and seller features are restricted to users aged 18 or older.

Silent Run may request additional verification before granting access to creator, paid, marketplace or beta features.

5. Content and Submissions

If you submit text, images, videos, profile information, social links, creator examples or other materials through the website, you confirm that you have the necessary rights and permissions to do so.

You remain the owner of your own content.

By submitting content or application materials, you grant Silent Run a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to view, store, review, assess and use those materials for application review, onboarding, internal testing, communication and launch preparation.

Silent Run may contact you about your submission, beta access, creator onboarding, platform updates and launch opportunities.

You must not submit material that infringes copyrights, trademarks, portrait rights, privacy rights, location rights, fishing venue rules or any third-party rights.

You must not submit illegal, misleading, harmful, abusive, discriminatory, fraudulent or unsafe content.

6. No Paid App Membership at Beta Stage

Silent Run's beta positioning is currently based on accessible app use for anglers.

At this stage, joining the waitlist or applying as a Founding Creator does not create a paid membership, subscription, purchase, investment, shareholding, ownership right or financial claim against Silent Run.

Future creator tools, paid content, marketplace features, unlocks, subscriptions, promotions or business features may be introduced separately and will be communicated with separate terms.

7. Marketing and Communication

By submitting your email address, you allow Silent Run to contact you about your waitlist registration, beta access, creator application or platform onboarding.

Where required by law, Silent Run will ask for separate consent before sending marketing emails or newsletters.

You can unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.

Service-related emails about your application, beta access, account, legal changes or security may still be sent where necessary.

8. Privacy

Silent Run processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

Personal data submitted through the website may include your name, email address, country, creator profile details, social links, content examples, application answers, device/browser data and technical logs.

Silent Run may use this data for beta registration, creator review, communication, platform preparation, security, fraud prevention, analytics and legal compliance.

A separate Privacy Policy should be published and linked near every signup or application form.

9. Platform Safety and Moderation

Silent Run may review, restrict, reject or remove submissions that violate these Terms, platform rules, applicable law or Silent Run's safety standards.

Silent Run may also limit access where it detects spam, fake applications, impersonation, rights infringement, fraud, abuse or security risk.

When Silent Run launches user-generated content, social features or marketplace features in the EU, additional platform moderation and reporting rules may apply under the EU Digital Services Act.

10. Intellectual Property

The Silent Run name, logo, design, branding, website, visuals, copy, software, UI concepts and platform materials belong to Silent Run or its licensors.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, sell, scrape, reverse engineer or misuse Silent Run materials without written permission.

You may not use the Silent Run name, logo or brand assets in a way that suggests endorsement, partnership or official status unless Silent Run has approved this in writing.

11. No Guarantee

Silent Run is provided on a pre-launch and beta-preparation basis.

Silent Run does not guarantee that the website, beta, app, creator tools, marketplace, paid content features or any planned feature will launch, remain available, work without errors or meet your expectations.

Silent Run may change, pause, limit or discontinue any pre-launch or beta feature at any time.

12. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Silent Run is not liable for indirect damages, lost revenue, lost opportunities, loss of data, loss of followers, loss of reputation, failed beta access, rejected applications or unavailable features.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where exclusion is not permitted by law.

13. Changes to These Terms

Silent Run may update these Terms from time to time.

The latest version will be published on this page with an updated date.

Continued use of the website after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Dutch law, unless mandatory consumer protection law in your country provides otherwise.

Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands, unless mandatory law requires another court.

Legal review required before publication for use in the United Kingdom, Germany, France and other countries.
